You must inform chalet/resort staff as soon as possible, so that we can try and make alternative arrangements or rectify the problem. This must be followed up by written details of your complaint to the following address: Big Hill Adventures Ltd, Ashridge Farm Cottage, Ley Hill, Chsham Bucks, HP5 1UP. If you have not made a verbal complaint in resort then we will not accept a written complaint after your stay at The Runners Refuge.

Please be aware that on changeover day we will have other people arriving and other people leaving, where possible we will try to minimize disruption, however please be prepared to vacate the property by 10:00 on your day of departure, and not occupy the property before 16:00 on day of arrival. We will however try to store your luggage for you out of these times where possible.

It is your responsibility to notify us of your expected arrival time in order that we can meet you at your property. If you do not notify us or you are delayed we may have to make other arrangements for your arrival.

Where an arrival is after midnight it may be necessary to ask you to let yourself into your property without a Big Hill Adventures Ltd representative – who will greet you properly the following morning.
